Returns & Refunds
If it's not working out, no problem we get it.Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are only accepted in the original carton with the original interior packaging in place. The returned item needs to be in new, sellable condition. A restocking fee is applied to all returns. Once the order has been received and inspected, the original & return shipping costs as well as the restocking fee are deducted & the refund is issued back to the original payment method.

Cancelations
A 10% fee is charged for in-stock orders that cancel prior to shipping. A 20% fee is charged for special orders that cancel prior to shipping. A 30% fee + the original & return shipping costs apply to orders that cancel after they ship.
Special orders
We manufacture in Vietnam. Delays are common in overseas transportation and production. This means it is not uncommon for our special orders to be delayed by 60 days or greater. Please do not place a special order if you have time constraints. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all canceled special orders, including special orders that are delayed beyond the original quoted arrival date.
Shipping Protection.
Relax, your Kardiel furniture delivery is protected against loss & damage. Please inspect and report any damage within 2 days of receiving your item.
Need to file a claim? Email Service@kardiel.com a copy of the delivery receipt with noted damage to initiate a damage claim.
