Where we ship.
Kardiel delivers to any street address in the U.S & Canada. We service Hawaii and Alaska with estimated shipping rates at the time of checkout. These estimated rates will be verified and confirmed at time of shipment. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any of the U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico. We do ship to freight forwarders inside the U.S for our international customers wishing to purchase.
Track Your Order
Kardiel uses Route tracking to keep tabs on your delivery so you don’t have to. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number. Then, follow along via the route app & we will text or email you during each important step of the journey. Check out Route.com
Fabric & Leather Samples
Samples of our fabric & leather color options are sent via Fedex with a shipping charge. No worries, you are sent a coupon code that rebates the shipping charge with your first order. The swatches typically arrive in 3-4 days. Samples can be ordered online or by calling us at 877.844.4988.
Average ordering times
Small parcel sized shipments average 7 days for delivery. Large furniture deliveries average 1-2 weeks for the Western half & 3-4 weeks for the Eastern half of the U.S. Our home deliveries are performed by specialized furniture delivery professionals. They understand furniture and handle each shipment delicately, with care. They are skilled in furniture assembly and deliver to every address in the contingent US.
About Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in all states that require it by law.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Kardiel accepts payments via Affirm financial services. For any other payment method including wire transfers and checks, please contact us.
Preparing for delivery
It’s always a good idea to check your door & hallway width to ensure your purchase will fit through. We will email or text tracking info and shipping updates so you have visibility of the entire journey.
Kardiel Glove:
We deliver your furniture to the room you decide. Stairs are no problem. The delivery team will unbox & assemble your item. To return an item, you must have the original interior packaging and exterior box so hanging on to these is important if you wish the option to return later. You are responsible for instructing the delivery crew to leave the original packaging if you are considering a return. They will dispose of the packaging material by default for you if you do not request they leave it. Return requests for orders without the original interior protection in place and original exterior carton will be declined.
Kardiel Threshold:
The delivery will be brought to your front door or garage space and left boxed. If you are considering returning the item. The original packaging is required so please hang on to it.
Natural Materials
Leather and Fabrics are natural upholstery options and unique variance in color and texture is to be expected. Any fabrics designed to catch the light or that have LRV (light reflective value), example velvets, will have natural color changing properties. A natural occurrence in leather is the appearance of Patina and creases; this is not a manufacturing defect. Wood grains and color tones are also subject to variation and naturally change appearance with age.
International Warranty
Kardiel does not offer warranty support, returns or parts on orders shipped outside of the U.S..
Import duties and taxes
Kardiel.com does not charge or collect duties/taxes for goods shipped to international destinations. These taxes are paid by the customer upon arrival of the items to their destination country.
Currency Conversion
Your credit card will be charged in the amount of your order in your currency type.
